Terms of Service

1. Use of the App

Utiliship provides calculation utilities such as currency conversion, deal comparison, bill splitting, unit conversion, cost-per-day estimation, date calculation, and other similar tools. The App is intended for personal and informational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities

2. No Financial or Professional Advice

All calculations, outputs, and estimations generated by Utiliship are provided as convenience tools only. Currency exchange rates and other data may be sourced from third parties and may not be real-time. The App does not guarantee financial accuracy and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or professional advice. You assume full responsibility for decisions made using the App.

3. In-App Purchases

Utiliship may offer optional in-app purchases, such as Remove Ads (Pro Upgrade). Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s payment policies. All purchases are:

• Non-refundable (except where required by law or Apple)
• Tied to your Apple ID
• Restorable using the “Restore Purchases” feature

Removing ads does not provide additional functionality beyond disabling advertisements.

4. Advertisements

The free version of Utiliship may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad behavior, personalization, and tracking options are subject to Google’s policies. You may disable ads by purchasing the Pro upgrade.

5. User-Submitted Content (Support Requests)

When you contact us via the in-app Support Form (Google Forms), you may voluntarily submit:

• Email address
• Text description of your issue
• Technical details automatically filled by the App (e.g., device model, OS version, App version)

We use this information solely to provide customer support.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Google AdMob (ads)
• Google Forms (support submissions)
• Analytics tools (optional, if added in future)

Your use of these services is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, UI designs, text, icons, and other assets included in the App are owned by the App developer or licensed third parties. You may not reuse or redistribute these assets without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inaccuracies resulting from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures, ad behavior, or data usage

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

9. Changes to the App

We may update or modify the App at any time, including adding or removing features. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
